Planning a trip should be very
exciting adventure

Whilst contemplating the start-up of Scooters on Straddie, we looked at what was really missing on the Island. Wasn’t too hard to figure out that it was ACCESS! Access to Brown Lake, Straddie Golf Club, Myora Springs, Amity Point & Rufus King Fresh Seafood… and we knew that getting around Point Lookout was either long walks… or long waits for buses to get from one place to the next! So, SCOOTERS on STRADDIE was born. After months of preparation still ongoing we are very confident that our customers will not only have a great and fun experience in riding a scooter and enjoying the freedom… but they can actually see the Island. North Stradbroke has a lot on offer and without the expense of bringing a vehicle over… you can shuffle around the Island – at YOUR pace!

"What a terrific day. Set out with your trusty little moped and the island is yours to explore. Max speed of 45kms which is plenty fast enough. Just be mindful of the cars and you will have a blast. We had such a fun time. None of us had any riding experience but we all got the hang of it pretty fast. We had half day to explore but a full day would have been better to see everything. Affordable fun and different adventure I’d highly recommend it to people of all ages"

“Very friendly staff, they come and pick you up and also drop you off as part of their service. The scooters were so fun to ride, they do require a drivers license. You can get up to 60km/h on a downhill and it's really fun to ride with your friends. The stradbrook island is much better ventured with these scooters and there weren't too many cars which made it even more fun. Would recommend and would visit again!”

We rented the 150cc scooter for riding around Stradbroke ( which you need motorbike license for), plenty of power for myself & wife (riding pillion). Sightseeing, swimming and lunch for a total of $4.33 in fuel. I highly recommend this company.”
